These Terms & Conditions constitute the full legal agreement between you and pv999 governing your use of the pv999 platform, including all betting, gaming, payment, and account functions. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are included for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provision.
2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire legal agreement between pv999 and the Player with respect to the Player's use of the pv999 Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
2.2 Acceptance is effected by any one of the following actions: (a) completing the pv999 account registration process by checking the "I agree to the Terms & Conditions" checkbox; (b) making a deposit into a pv999 Account; (c) placing any bet or wager through the pv999 Platform; or (d) continuing to use the pv999 Platform following notification of any amendment to these Terms.
2.3 These Terms must be read in conjunction with pv999's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing a Player's use of the Platform. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, the game-specific or promotion-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game or promotion only.
2.4 pv999 reserves the right to require a Player to re-affirm acceptance of these Terms at any time, including following a material amendment. Continued use of the Platform following such a request constitutes re-affirmation.
3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain a pv999 Account, you must:
3.2 pv999 will conduct age verification as part of the account registration process and reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time. Acceptable age verification documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a valid Pakistani passport.
3.3 Where pv999 reasonably suspects that an Account Holder does not meet the minimum age requirement, pv999 shall immediately suspend the Account pending verification. If verification confirms that the Account Holder is under 21 years of age, the Account shall be permanently closed, all bets placed shall be voided, and any remaining Real Money Balance shall be returned to the originating payment method.
3.4 pv999 does not accept registrations from persons using false identity information. Any Account opened using false identity documentation is subject to immediate permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one active pv999 Account at any time. Attempting to open duplicate accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pv999 reserves the right to merge or close any duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances or bonuses accrued across them.
Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update their Account details promptly upon any change. pv999 shall not be liable for any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate Account information, including loss of access to OTP-based authentication resulting from an inactive or reassigned mobile number.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including their password and OTP codes. Any activity conducted using a Player's Account credentials — whether authorised by the Player or not — is the responsibility of the Account Holder. Players must notify pv999 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to their Account.
pv999 operates a staged KYC process. Enhanced verification — including submission of CNIC or passport — is required before a Player may: (a) make a first withdrawal; (b) withdraw cumulative amounts exceeding Rs 50,000 in any 30-day period; or (c) at pv999's discretion based on risk assessment criteria. Accounts that fail to complete required KYC within 30 days of the request may be suspended pending verification.
pv999 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast / 1LINK, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Cash Counter. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pv999 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or third-party payment instruments as deposit or withdrawal methods.
The minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal amounts are each Rs 200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and Account verification tier. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to the pv999 Wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawals are processed by pv999 within a median time of 12 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, subject to successful KYC verification. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
By making a deposit, the Player warrants that: (a) the funds are legally owned by the Player; (b) the funds are not derived from any criminal activity; and (c) the payment method used is registered in the Player's own name. pv999 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation in accordance with its AML compliance programme.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to technical availability. pv999 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawals to any payment method not previously used for deposits on the Account.
6.1 All pv999 bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements: Bonus Balance is subject to a wagering requirement before it may be withdrawn as Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible game contributions are stated in the specific offer terms. Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements — for example, live casino games may contribute at a lower rate than slots.
6.3 Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of crediting. Bonus Balance not wagered and wagering requirements not completed within the expiry period will be forfeited without compensation.
6.4 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: When a Bonus Balance is active in a Player's Wallet, the maximum single bet or spin permitted is Rs 500 unless the specific offer terms state a different maximum. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Balance and any associated winnings.
6.5 Bonus Abuse: pv999 reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse associated winnings, and close Accounts where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: exploiting bonus terms through matched betting techniques, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, and systematic low-risk wagering designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the games.
6.6 One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Wallet at any time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus, as specified in the individual offer terms.
7.1 Bets and wagers placed through the pv999 Platform are binding upon confirmation. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the pv999 system, it cannot be cancelled by the Player except where the specific game or betting market rules expressly permit cancellation within a defined window.
7.2 pv999 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was accepted in error due to a system malfunction or erroneous pricing; (b) the bet was placed on an event that had already concluded at the time of placement; (c) there is evidence of irregular or suspicious betting activity; or (d) the outcome was influenced by information not publicly available at the time the odds were set.
7.3 In-play cricket betting markets — including PSL fixtures and international matches — are subject to the specific in-play rules stated within the cricket betting section of the pv999 Platform. Settlements are based on official scorecards issued by the relevant cricket board. In the event of score corrections issued after initial settlement, pv999 reserves the right to re-settle affected markets.
7.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all pv999 betting markets and game categories. Current limits are displayed within each market and game. pv999 may apply individual account-level betting limits where risk assessment criteria are triggered.
7.5 All casino game outcomes on the pv999 Platform are determined by certified random number generator software. Published RTP rates are accurate and derived from the certified game specifications provided by the game software providers. pv999 does not adjust or influence game outcomes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pv999 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for their personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit: reproduction, modification, distribution, or transmission of any Platform content; reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any Platform software; scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction from the Platform; or framing or mirroring any part of the Platform on any other website or digital service.
10.3 Any unauthorised use of pv999 intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.
11.1 pv999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy.
11.2 By registering a pv999 Account, the Player consents to the collection and processing of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including data shared with payment processors (such as JazzCash and EasyPaisa), identity verification providers, and fraud detection services for the purposes of operating the Account and fulfilling regulatory obligations.
11.3 pv999 does not sell, rent, or trade Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third parties is limited to what is necessary to provide the Platform's services, fulfil KYC and AML obligations, and comply with applicable law.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pv999's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any Account shall not exceed the amount held in the Player's Real Money Balance at the time the relevant claim arose.
12.2 pv999 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any form of economic loss, arising from the Player's use of or inability to use the Platform.
12.3 pv999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary Platform unavailability. pv999 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from Platform unavailability, including missed bets or live casino disconnections.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits pv999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13.1 pv999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, suspicion of fraudulent activity, account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, or regulatory requirement.
13.2 Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, pv999 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and any Real Money Balance derived from activity that constituted the breach. Real Money Balance not derived from the breach will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.
13.3 A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting pv999 customer support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the Account is closed. Accounts may not be voluntarily closed while there is an active self-exclusion order in place that exceeds the requested closure period.
13.4 Inactive Accounts — defined as Accounts with no login, deposit, or wagering activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200 deducted from the Real Money Balance until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated by the Player.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pv999's international gaming licence jurisdiction.
14.2 In the event of a dispute between pv999 and a Player, the Player should first raise the matter with pv999 customer support, clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought. pv999 will respond to formal dispute submissions within 14 business days.
14.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal customer support process, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution service designated under pv999's licensing authority. pv999 undertakes to cooperate fully with any such external dispute resolution process.
14.4 pv999's decisions regarding the voiding of bets, settlement of markets, and application of bonus terms are made on the basis of the rules stated within these Terms and within specific game and promotion rules. Decisions made in accordance with those rules are final and binding.
15.1 pv999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Account Holders via notification on the pv999 Platform and/or SMS to the registered mobile number at least 7 days prior to the amendment taking effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by regulatory authority or to address an urgent security or compliance matter.
15.2 The current version of these Terms, together with the version date and version number, is always accessible at pv999.asia/terms-conditions. Players are advised to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
15.3 If a Player does not accept an amendment to these Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure in accordance with Article 13.3. pv999 will not penalise a Player for closing their Account solely on the basis of disagreement with a Terms amendment.
